Continuing with my homework of engaging with the public and letting ppl know a little more about me, let’s go today  with “What Inspires My Work and Where I Get My Ideas From  ”.

Yes I know these are two different questions but they kinda come with more or less the same answer.

So starting with what inspires me, umm in can be anything really, a song, another artist drawing that make me had a new idea of my own because I liked  the colors  the atmosphere or anything really about it, it can be I saw a cat or dog walking on the street and an idea come from the way they walked, in can be a cloud in the sky, a book I’m reading, really anything, I like creating so I guess  when you like doing something inspiration  can come from anything.

The same comes for where I get my ideas from, again it can be anything, a movie, a quote read on Instagram, a bird flying , anything.

Now reaching back to my childhood I remember I loved to copy drawings I saw on coloring books, magazines, encyclopedias or even on TV and my objective was always that I could make them as close possible to the original as I could..

And I got pretty good at it I must say, though I struggled a bit with proportions and angles when I had to draw from 0. Later growing up I understood that it was because I was just copying and nor understanding the elements of what I was drawing, so I started studying and trying to understand more. But I'm drifting from the main theme, the thing is that back then being the “ best copycat “ you can say was my inspiration lol , and later it  changed to “ be able to draw something as good as my references, without copying them” so Self-improvement become some kind of inspiration I guess.

I’m still get the hypes when I reach new levels whit my drawings after a study or trying new technics, so you can say I’m still getting inspired by that. And of course wolfs, werewolf’s, Vikings and all things Dungeons and Dragons and fantasy are a great source of inspiration and ideas too.
